Our Shipping Fee is Attached to your total amount on the Check Out Page.
If you spend more than P1000 in Gaborone and Surrounding Areas that includes Phakalane, Mogoditshane, Tlokweng Mmopane Block 1
your Order will be delivered for Free
For Other Areas Across Botswana A Shipping Fee
will be attached to your Order depending on the weight of your order and the distance for delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you received from this site.
a) You can reach us on the contact email support@homeandallstore.com or contact form provided for an exchange for an item worth a similar amount or a refund of the purchase amount excluding Shipping fee
b) We can refund you the amount of purchase if the product has been un-used meaning that its in the same condition as it was sold and has to have its original packaging.
Please also provide proof of identity of the original purchaser, and banking details for the refund amount. Processing will only commence once we have received the goods back.
c) If you would like to exchange for a different size, or colour or for any other option please also notify us and ensure that products are un-used and are in the same condition as they were bought.
c) Ensure that you make your inquiry within 7 days or receipt of items
